Corporate Headshots — On-Location Across Maryland & DC

Most companies put off their headshots until everyone’s photos are noticeably out of date. Then someone — often the person stuck with HR or marketing duty — has to wrangle thirty schedules, find a photographer, set up a space, and hope the whole thing doesn’t fall apart. I do this kind of shoot all the time and I’d like to make it easier on you.

I bring the studio to your office. I’ve set up in conference rooms, empty offices, lobbies, even hallways when nothing else was available. The pop-up studio fits in about fifteen feet square. Each person rotates through their session quickly — usually 5 to 20 minutes depending on group size — and gets right back to work. The whole team is photographed in a single day with consistent lighting and consistent backgrounds.

What I bring

Professional studio lighting, multiple backgrounds, the experience to coach nervous people into looking relaxed and confident. Twenty-plus years of corporate portrait work means I’ve shot for law firms, banks, biotech companies, consulting practices, government contractors, non-profits, engineering firms — pretty much every type of office in the region. The lighting and direction is consistent across people, which matters when the photos go on a website together.

If you want a hair and makeup artist on-site, I work with several great ones in the area. It really does help the photos turn out better — especially for groups with mixed lighting comfort. For groups under twenty, it’s almost always worth it. For larger groups, schedule logistics often make it impractical.

Sessions and booking

Three corporate session sizes are available — single executive shoots, small team sessions, and larger group sessions. For current pricing, see the Sessions section on the homepage.

For groups larger than ten, custom quotes are available based on the size of the group, the complexity of the shoot, and whether retouching is included or billed separately. Get in touch for a quote.

What happens after the shoot

A day or two after the shoot, I’ll send a link to an online gallery with 30–50 of the best images per person. You’ll choose your favorite for retouching, and the retouched final files come back two to three days later. Each person keeps the high-resolution files for any use — website, LinkedIn, internal use, marketing materials.

For larger group shoots, I usually work through a single point of contact at your company who collects everyone’s selections and emails them to me in a batch. Makes things much faster than chasing individual selections.

Service area

I work throughout Baltimore, Frederick County, and the DC metropolitan area. By appointment. Booking lead times are typically 4–6 weeks for larger team shoots, less for individual sessions. Sessions in the Annapolis and Washington DC metro areas (Bethesda, Silver Spring, Rockville, Gaithersburg, Germantown, Arlington, Alexandria, DC) carry a $150 travel fee.
